Hi Reader,

I can't wait to see you tomorrow!

This Friday, September 5th, at 11 AM PST/ 2 PM EST! We will begin our journey by building a foundation on the theology of the Psalms. The Psalms are an excellent book filled with encouragement, but they are also much more, offering a window into the hope and history of Israel and the promise of a coming King who would rule forever.

In our 1st session, we’ll explore how the authors, audience, and historical background play a role in how we interpret the Psalms, along with discussing how the Psalms are categorized:

What we will discuss in our first week:

  1. Thinking about the Psalms
  2. Background Details
  3. The Theology of the Psalms
  4. Homework: Week 1

I’ll send the Zoom link for our meeting on Thursday afternoon. If you’re new to Zoom or have any technical concerns, please don’t hesitate to let me know, and I’ll be happy to help.
