We plan to meet for between 1 and 2 hours. (We often do go over an hr, but please come for the time you can and listen back to the recording)

If you must miss some weeks, don't worry; this study will be open, so please return when you can.

Each week, I record our meeting and e-mail it out sometime before the end of the day, along with the notes and homework for the week. Doing the homework is NOT required to attend, BUT I encourage you to try! :)
